- Cream pump parts
The cream pump is composed of a dust cap, a nozzle, a cover, a positioning seat, a piston rod, a piston, a shell, a tube, a gasket, a spring and a glass ball.
How To Use Cream Pump
First push:
When we push the actuator for the first time, the actuator is connected to the compression spring through the STEM drive, causing friction between the outer wall of the piston and the inner cavity wall of the housing, forcing the piston to open the SUB-STEM discharge hole.
When the piston passes through the air in the housing, the piston slides and falls, opening the SUB-STEM discharge hole. More actuators are pressed, and all the air in the housing is released.
Introduce the cream into the pump housing:
Press the actuator through STEM, SUB-STEM, PISTON.
After the air in the shell is discharged, the spring is compressed together.
Loosen the actuator and spring.
Due to the pressure loss, moving back, the piston moves downwards by rubbing the wall of the housing.
The SUB-STEM with the discharge hole closed, the cream storage cavity develops under the vacuum liquid state of the shell, and the rising of the glass ball will cause the liquid in the bottle to enter the liquid storage chamber of the shell through the dip tube.
As you continue pressing, the cream will remain on the shell until the storage process is complete.
When the shell is full, press the pump actuator again, and it will discharge the cream directly from the mouth through a discharge hole.
